More about the accommodation:

Our family home is located just a short five minute walk away from St Marks Road and Stapleton Road (plenty of independent cafes, shops, bakeries, bars and restaurants). We're a few minutes cycle away from the Bristol-Bath cycle path which is hugely convenient for bike rides/commutes into city centre. There are a number of lovely green spaces/parks within a 0.5/1 mile radius too. Stapleton Road train station is a five minute walk away which has direct trains to Temple Meads in one direction and Montpelier and Clifton Down in the other. City Centre/Cabot Circus is a 30 minute walk away.

The room itself is a lovely light loft room with three veluxe windows. The room comes partly furnished with a double bed and mattress. The lodger would have nearly sole use of the main upstairs bathroom as we have our own ensuite. The lodger would also be on a separate floor with their own staircase/door which helps protect the feeling of having your own space.

We also have a small courtyard patio garden which is perfect for summer BBQs. Open plan lounge/dining room with a shared TV (inc. most subscriptions and TV license e.g. Netlifx, Prime, Disney+, BBC iPlayer).

More about the household:

We are live in landlords - Ollie and Iloni (both 27 years old). We have lived here for the best part of two years and within that time, had our son (now 18 months old). We love living in the area and especially love the street - really lucky to have such fantastic neighbours and a great street community.

Iloni is a part-time teacher and Ollie works as an artist manager in the music industry. Someone who has shared values around community, hospitality, and family would be best suited to living with us. You also would be sharing a space with an 18 month old.
