The house is situated in the Crownhill area of Plymouth, in a quiet residential area in a beautiful neighbourhood with free on-street parking.

There is a neighbourhood convenient shop around the corner, and it is a walking distance of Tesco Express, Lidi, B&M, Matalan and JD Gym. There is a busy bus route serving the area. A walking distance to Crownhill Shopping Centre, Post Office, Farm Foods, Takeaways, Halfords garages and other shops.

Easy access to the A38 motorway for drivers who which to take the A38.
There is a nursery schools and big schools around the area so by afternoon, it would be busy.

There is a football pitch nearby for those who may be interested to play or watch the game.

The monthly rent cost covers bills such as Wi-Fi, Electricity, Gas, Water, TV Licence, and Council Tax (All Inclusive).

There is a shared bathroom, lounge room, dining room and kitchen set aside for your things so, please show respect to the person who you are living with. There are a few kitchen crockery that are already provided for communal use. You can get your own kitchen crockery if you wish.

I aim to keep my house clean and tidy as possible so, hopefully, my lodger would have their own daily routine to keep the house clean as they go.

Whenever making noise such as music etc, please consider keeping the noise level reduced to the minimum as much as possible so, it doesn’t disturb the neighbours.

I anticipate my lodger will be fairly independent and be out working or at university for much of the time so, will use the bedroom as their personal space when home and can use the kitchen, bathrooms and dining room is always available.

I am looking for Christian Lodger who is a non-smoker and non-drug.

No pets or drugs are allowed at the property.

I am ready to warmly welcome any Christian lodger to my house from the 8th of April 2025.

I am more than happy for the lodger to stay as long as you want as long you are paying the rent and living in harmony with everyone in the house.
