More about the accommodation:
The house is not on High street but near Phoenix Way. There are two parking spot right in front of the house and you can have one of them. The house is a 3 bedroom, 2 storey property but you will only been sharing the house with me. We will be sharing the upstairs bathroom but there is also a downstairs toilet. You will be having the largest bedroom (5.10 m x 2.74 m).
The house came unfurnished but I have furnished pretty much everything in the house except for your bedroom. So, you will need to either bring or buy your own furniture e.g. bed, wardrobe, desk and chairs. You will also need to bring your own cooking pots and you are welcome to share my cooking utensils and cutlery etc.
We will be sharing the bills, the council tax and utilities add up to about £150 per month each (winter will probably be more).

I am a research engineer works mostly locally in Portishead. I am Australian Chinese and have recently moved from Oxford to Bristol.
I am very involved with my church. I will probably be hosting small group in the house at some point in the future.
I am easy going and love my quiet space but happy to hangout and chat.
I am looking for someone who doesn't work from home all the time, maybe 1-2 days a week. Easy going and also respect each other's quiet space. Someone who would share the cleaning of the house and would clean up after themselves, especially for the common areas.
