A bright single room available from January 2026 in a friendly shared 3 bed flat tucked behind the bustling street of Gloucester road in Bristol! The room available is unfurnished, with a large window letting in lots of natural light. Comfortable, clean and quiet, with a shared bathroom next door.
The flat has a large kitchen, dining area, bringing in a lot of natural light with double patio doors. The flat was built just over two years ago so feels modern and bright. There are two bathrooms: one shared by two, and another en-suite used by an existing flat mate. There is also a spacious (and locked) patio for gardening/ bikes/outdoor furniture – perfect for drying washing, hosting friends and getting outside.
Our flat is located in a peaceful flat complex, with 3 other surrounding flats behind a soundproof and secure door to Gloucester road. Situated in Bishopston, it's a 5 mins walk to St Andrews Park and is on the street of Gloucester road's independent cafés, shops, and bars. 10 mins walk to Montpelier train station.

We’re friendly, sociable friends, 25 and 26 years old. Clare is in her final year doing a chemistry PhD and aside from this is a keen violinist, likes musicals and is very engaged at church. Carol works in construction project management and enjoys climbing, making great veggie food and painting. We both generally commute and don't work from home all that much.
We are looking for someone clean, respectful, and easy-going to join us. We live pretty busy, independent lives but enjoy the odd night together from time to time. We are fairly quiet in the week but enjoy socialising at the weekend and going to the pub / gigs etc and we would love to welcome someone into our beautiful flat.
