The house itself has 1 bathroom upstairs, 1 toilet downstairs and a kitchen which connects to the dining area and lounge, making it ideal for hosting. There is also a back garden for gardening/ bikes - perfect for drying washing and getting outside.
The house is located close to the city centre, has good links to bus and train transportation and is ideal for young professionals.

Charlotte is 30 and Issy is 23. We’re friendly, sociable and work full-time.
Charlotte works in tech and likes to keep social and active by going to the gym and taking dance classes. She goes to Woodlands church. Issy works for a charity. She likes to read, spend time with friends and at home. She does not go to church.
We are looking for someone clean, respectful, and easy-going to join us. We live pretty busy and independent lives, but enjoy spending time together from time to time, whether it’s catching up about our week, or just having dinner together.
