More about the accommodation:
The house is located near the Arboretum in Walsall, close to lots of transport links. It's a 3 storey house with plenty of space. We have one single bedroom and one double bedroom to rent with the option of renting both if you'd like more space (we could turn one into a private lounge, for example). We have a driveway with 2 spare parking spaces. The top floor (where the rented rooms are available) has one shower room exclusively for lodgers and another bathroom that our kids occasionally use if they want a bath. We have a back garden you'd be welcome to use. We have a garage that you're welcome to store bikes etc. in and a cellar for extra boxed storage if needed. If you have a limited budget, feel free to get in touch and we can have a conversation about price.

We are a family of four attending St Matthew's Church, Walsall. We live in a 3 storey house with the top floor bedrooms available to rent. We've had lots of lodgers over the years and we are flexible and laid-back about cooking/eating together, sharing space and possessions. Our kids are primary school age so you can expect a bit of noise / chaos but they understand privacy and sharing space with adults.
