Our home in Hartington Gardens is a beautiful mid terraced Victorian villa dating to 1890 set in a quiet tree lined cul de sac in the heart of Bruntsfield, Edinburgh within walking distance of the finest amenities.

The top floor is a fully renovated self contained apartment shared by two people (max) within a lovely Victoria villa which we live in as a family.

There is a shared recent new kitchen with recent white goods, recent electric cooker, solid oak worktop, solid wood units, butler sink for all cooking and washing facilities and a shared fully renovated bathroom.

Some of the rent goes to support a missionary in Australia with YWAM so this is also for a good cause!

We are a family of four in a lovely Victorian townhouse villa in Bruntsfield close to all amenities and transport links into town/ universities and close to the Meadows. The top floor is a fully renovated self contained apartment with its own kitchen and separate bathroom. The room is the best in the house and a large double bedroom to the rear of the house, a renovated lovely double, painted in Farrow and Ball Slipper Satin. The room overlooks the Firth of Forth to the back of the house.
