Steve is the Landlord who goes to St Johns, and also lives in the house and would be pleased to meet you.

The house has 3 large single bedrooms, a double and a large garden. The double bedroom on the top floor is being developed to include an ensuite-shower, WC and sink/ kitchenette-to take the load off the the shared bathroom on the 1.5 floor.
There is a garage where bicycles can be stored. The house and rooms would be suitable for students studying at UH or a professional. Steve encourages communal meals- and eating around the table in the Kitchen/diner.
