More about the accommodation:

The house is clean and modern, and has a nice garden at the back. It is close to Finchley Road Underground Station, shops and restaurants. Rooms are fitted with large wardrobes, a desk and wash basin and cabinet. The majority have wooden floors, large windows and high ceilings. The house has four bathrooms, two kitchens, and a communal lounge with a TV.

The cost of the room for one person is £925.00 (ppm) and two people is £1,300 per month.

Our prices are inclusive of all utilities i.e. council tax, electricity, water and heating bills. Residents must pay a full month’s deposit before signing their licence agreement and a month's rent in advance. We require a reference from your church, one from your employer or university/college and proof of finances i.e. payslips/bank statements (3 months).

Unfortunately we longer take any short term bookings or overnight guests. No bedding or bed linen is provided. Please do not ask for a stay of less than a month.

The accommodation is owned and managed by Abbey Road Baptist Church. There is a wide range of ethnicities in the house, reflecting the diversity of the area. Most of the residents are international professionals. Many residents are Christians.

It is a prime location for transport, with the Jubilee and the Metropolitan lines (Finchley Road Underground station), Overground (Finchley Road & Frognal), and major bus routes to and from the city centre all within walking distance. National Express buses also stop on Finchley Road.

Wifi access is available but not guaranteed, particularly high speed during peak hours.
