Hi there,
We have been in this flat for the last three years with a young child and being located right next to Burgess Park has been a life saver during lockdown. We are sadly moving as we need more space and are looking for long term tenants who will enjoy the flat and surroundings as much as we have.
The flat is ideally located at the entrance of Burgess Park, 7 minutes from Elephant and Castle. It has great access to central London and the city. There are 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom with a bathtub and 1 bathroom with a shower. The property is south facing with a balcony. There are lots of windows so the flat is bright with sunlight in bedrooms in the morning and then in the living room in the evenings. It is available in May. There is an underground garage with secure CCTV included as well. The monthly rent covers cold water.
