I have a double bedroom available to rent in my two bed terraced house. The house has a garden with rear access and a bike can be securely kept here.
The room features a double bed, two storage cupboards and bedding. Should further furniture be desired I am willing to discuss this. You would be welcome to add your own furniture, change the artwork and bedding and even paint the walls (provided it is a reasonable colour or you paint it back before moving on).
The house has a lounge, small dining room and kitchen. The bathroom is fairly large and has plenty of space for towels, laundry basket, shampoo etc. to be kept here. There is a study which I use four days a week when working from home, but is available for use with advance agreement when I am not home. There is also a cellar which can be used for storage such as suitcases, winter clothes, etc. (it has been damp proofed).
The rent includes all bills (gas, electricity, water, council tax, internet) but no meals or foodstuff. The room is available with one month's advance notice so that I can get things prepared for you. I am happy to consider a Monday-Friday let at a reduced cost.
The house is two minutes from The Square which features a great cafe and a couple of takeaways. Church Street, with various eateries, is only five minutes away and Asda, Tesco and Lidl are all a short walk. The train station is under 15 minutes to walk to. The area is very quiet but also has lots of people walking past on their way to the shops.

Hi, my name is Abi, I moved to Wolverton December 2022 when I bought this house. I love to garden, enjoy a quiet read with a book, particularly outside in the summer, or exploring along the canal. I love attending the theatre, cinema and museums.
I'd love a lodger who might be interested in joining me for some of these things, as well as having 'alone time' when that is needed. Someone who is sociable, interested in going for an occasional drink, or to cinema, theatre, gym etc.
I work for a national church denomination and commute to London twice a week. I will also be doing a lot of travel to events over the summer. I have joined a new Vineyard church, Garden City Vineyard.
