More about the accommodation:
This is a self-contained studio, attached to a family home.
It has an open-plan living area with kitchenette and separate bathroom with shower bath. The room is furnished with for sofa, table or desk and chair, wardrobe and chest of drawer. The current tenant opted to sleep on a mattress on a sleeping platform in the roof space, but if you prefer to sleep in the main room I can provide a bed or sofabed. I don' t think there is room for a bed and a sofa. The sleeping platform is accessed by a secured ladder which can be stored flat against the wall when not in use.
There are patio doors onto the garden, which you are invited to use.
The rent is £700 pcm payable to the landlady ( me) and also a share of the council tax , energy bills, internet etc which is payable to the family in the house. At the moment this is £130 a month, but will go up in April.
There is free on-street parking outside the house. We are 1 miles from J1 of the M3 and from Feltham Station. 5 minute walk to bus stop for High St, Station and Tube.
