More about the accommodation:
The house is situated on the corner of Twyford Avenue and Creffield Road. It is a 5-bed furnished flat with spacious shared living space, roof terrace, and back garden. The house is perfectly situated for access to several tube lines, overground, and Elizabeth lines, each within a 15-minute walk. It is also close to the north circular main road. The property is in an ideal location for commuting to central London as well as other areas.
Ealing common and Acton high street are also both within a 15-minute walk. The nearest supermarkets are Tesco petrol station, Sainsbury's Ealing Common, Morrisons (Acton), and Lidl (Acton).
One small single room (with a single bed) is available from mid-April until mid-September. Bills and council tax are all included in the monthly rent.
The area is lovely and quiet there is plenty of space for on-street parking if you own a car, and permits can be purchased from Ealing Council relatively cheaply. There are several nearby green spaces: Ealing common, Acton Park, and Gunnersbury park.

More about the household:
We are 4 young professionals under 35 based at different churches in West London.
The Housemates:
Jeremy is a member of Gunnersbury Baptist Church and is a Software Developer. Matt is a member of St Elizabeth of Portugal parish church in Richmond, and is a Surgeon in the NHS. Thommy is also a member of Gunnersbury Baptist Church and is a PhD student and part-time teacher. Nesu is a member of Bless Community Church in Ealing and is a musician and Youth worker for 2 Christian charities. Our current housemate Ben is getting married in April and will be moving out.
We all have our own schedules and are frequently out at church events but we aim to spend the occasional evening together. House interests include cooking, gym/exercise, watching movies with our (far too powerful) sound system, music (some housemates are songwriters or occasionally perform in concerts), doing something fun in London or just going to the pub.
The house vibe is pretty relaxed and we try not to take ourselves too seriously. We also try to be outward looking. Individuals regularly use the living space to host and serve people in our respective circles/communities.
