Are you searching for a comfortable and peaceful place to call home? Look no further! We have a fantastic double room available in our friendly family house.

Located in a quiet dead-end street, our house is the perfect sanctuary away from the hustle and bustle of the city. You'll be sharing the house with three warm and welcoming adults, all full-time working professionals. We lead busy lives, but we still find time to hit the gym, and we would love to have a like-minded lodger join our little family.

The room itself is spacious and well-decorated, with plenty of natural light and a cozy atmosphere. You'll have access to a clean and tidy shared bathroom, and we're even planning to install an additional WC later this year for added convenience.

As animal lovers, we have two adorable family cats, so we hope you're feline-friendly! They're always around, adding a touch of joy to our home.

In terms of location, you couldn't ask for more. Within a 10-minute walk, you'll find excellent transport links to all parts of London, making your daily commute a breeze. There are also beautiful local parks nearby, perfect for weekend strolls or outdoor workouts. And if you're in the mood for some retail therapy, shopping stores are just a stone's throw away.

For fitness enthusiasts, there are gyms within a 10-minute radius, so you'll have no excuses to skip your workouts!

The rent for this fantastic room is £750 per month, which includes all bills. Please note that we are looking for a male lodger and unfortunately, we cannot accommodate couples or smokers.

Please note would suit a busy working male christian, that wants a quite space were they have their privacy but still feels welcomed as an additional family member in out house.

Respectable , busy working adults the two males are my two sons, they are hardly seen or heard hard working full time professionals, often away for 12 hours throughout the day. I work two jobs full time remotely so a quiet space is important for me, during the day. Monday to Saturday. If I am not working I am at the gym 5 days a week and either church or resting on Sundays.

We hardly ever have visitors we prefer to visit our friends and family, but seasonally I often do a enjoyable games night or gathering that you may also enjoy, where individuals get to mingle and network.

I am the master of the DIY around the house but due to my busy diary now looking for a regular handy man to keep screws and fittings together. I have a large garden that we turfed last year and weed covered so it's a beautiful blanc canvas, but I am not a keen gardener, so looking for a gardener to design and maintain, so we can enjoy more of the birds songs with a morning coffee.

Cats: Coco and Chase, are two young house pets that generally follow me everywhere I go they may believe I am also a cat who knows but they are friendly short haired spoilt animals. I cannot accept any other animals for this reason as two is enough.
