This fully furnished maisonette is located in a side road off the main shopping street (Sutton High Street), 5 minutes walk from 2 supermarkets, with another 10 to 15 minutes away. There are bus stops 5 minutes away and Sutton train station is 15 minutes away.
There are 2 bedrooms, the larger one occupied by my son Michael. The amounts due for rent (£550) and utilities (£130 for electricity, water, council tax and broadband) have been divided in the following way :Council Tax based on the smaller size of the room: 46%/54% and everything else 50%/50%.
As well as the bathroom and kitchen, there is a living area with lounge furniture, plus dining table and chairs. This leads out into a small paved garden.
Michael goes to the local Vineyard church, his sister is youth pastor of Hope church and I am a member of Everyday church, so we can recommend at least 3 of the Sutton churches!

Michael is a full-time teaching assistant. He attends church on Sunday mornings and is involved in a weekly house group. He enjoys going to he cinema, going out for meals and socializing with friends. He enjoys cooking and indoor bouldering (rock climbing).
