A beautiful two bedroom flat situated in the quiet Shandon Crescent neighbourhood. The flat is bright and airy and situated on the 1st floor and the available double room being advertised is very spacious, with plenty of storage. The flat has a shared toilet and bath, a comfy living area with a separate kitchen.
The flat is situation not too far from the Union canal and is also very near to Harrison Park. The local supermarkets including Lidl and Sainsburys are within walking distance and access to the city centre is only a 20min bus ride away (with access to regular buses heading in that direction).
This flat would be suited to a student as I am also a mature student/professional and currently not paying council tax. However if you are currently in a full time job role and would still be interested in renting the room then we could discuss how this could work for you.

I am a mature female student, Christian, who loves to spend time with friends and also loves to go to the movies when time permits. Very easy going and have lived in this flat for a little over two years. My previous flat mate completed her studies here in Edinburgh but has moved back home and I'm therefore looking for a new female flat mate to share the beautiful flat with.
