Hello!

I am looking for a housemate to join me in my end of terrace located in Greater Leys. The house is nestled in a close and being end of terrace means it’s got a great Garden and lots of space for having guests over. Within minutes you can be in the fields out behind Greater Leys heading towards Newham Courtney. It’s a 15 minute walk to the Kassam Stadium/Vue Cinema and a similar length of time towards the nearest supermarket which is Lidl. Cycling to the city centre takes about 25 minutes and there is a bus stop a five minute walk away for the No 1 or 5 bus service to the train station which takes about 30mins.

The room is the large master bedroom and comes with a double bed with an Emma mattress, plenty of storge and the opportunity to get a desk if required etc. The house itself has a nice sized kitchen with gas cooker and washing machine which can also be a dryer. The Livingroom is open plan and opens out onto the garden which is lovely during the summer.

There is parking on the street out in front of the house which is covered by CCTV

The right lodger is the most important thing for me hence I’d want to meet or at least talk prior to confirming anything. I feel that the opportunity to be in this house is a huge blessing and I would hope that this would be the same for anyone who would move in.

All household bills and council tax are included

Hello I’m Craig,

I’m a professional working within the Criminal Justice System locally and in London. I would say that I led a busy life, sometimes too busy! I can be up and out around 5:30 most mornings other than the weekend and will often have commitments most of the week and weekend.

These commitments include Church and being part of the cities Triathlon Club and much more. This means that at times I can be very much in and then back out again instantly. I enjoy hosting and looking after dogs from time to time.
