As my lodger is moving on i have a spare room!
It is a good sized single room on the first floor, furnished with a single bed, small desk, chest of drawers and has a big built in wardrobe with tonnes of space and shelving.
The house itself has two bathrooms, one with a bath and the other with a shower. There is lots of communal space - the kitchen is huge: it has a dining table and sofa in it, and a separate little utility room with washing machine and dishwasher. There is also a separate cosy living room, and lovely garden for use in the summer.
The house is close to the Science Park, and has Citi1, Citi2 and Busway bus stops close by. It is also within short walking distance of a Co-Op, Tesco Express and doctor's surgery.
You will be sharing the house with the landlady, one other lodger.

I'm a fairly quiet person but fun loving and have a busy lifestyle but it's nice to be at home and enjoy the house and garden sometimes. I work in a molecular biology lab in the Science Park. Meghana has the other room and has finished studying a masters in Psychology at Anglia Ruskin and looking for her next steps.
