The house is situated on a bus route into town and is about a 20 minute walk from Perth College. We have a 24 hour Tescos about a 5 minute walk away. There is a garden centre nearby with a small Sainsbury's and also a restaurant.
The room is a double bedded room but only for single occupancy. It has a bathroom which is shared with another other lodger, through another access door.
The house is detached with a spacious garden. There is plenty of car parking space.
The kitchen facilities are shared.
There is a lounge / dining room which is also shared.
This is a double bedded room but would only rent out as a single for long term rental.
I would rent out as a double for holiday use.
A good central spot to visit all the major cities. By car Dundee is about 35 minutes away, Edinburgh and Glasgow one hour away approximately and Inverness, two hours away.
The rent is £600 per calendar month or £150 a week.

More about the household:
My husband and I are in full time ministry in Pwamm in Perth.
We have been taking in guests and students from all over the world and locally for many years.
We do have another single room which is either used by our church or another lodger who would also be female.
My husband is 73and I am 66.
We are parents of 4 grown up children and also grandparents.
We also sometimes have our daughter's Dachshund to visit!
