More about the accommodation:
Jennetts Park is a maturing 'village' estate minutes away from the A329M. It has a shop, a community centre and a great primary school. Located between a large park with a children's play area and woodland called Tarmans Copse, this light and airy apartment is part of a community yet very rural.
The west facing front door is approached by a footpath over grass. The east facing rear entrance from the enclosed car parking area overlooks gardens. This side of the block has just six flats, two on each floor, so it is very private.
The central hallway links all the rooms. The hallway has an east facing window with a blind, a cupboard with a washer dryer, and then the broom and coat cupboard (just seen through the master bedroom door in the photo).
The carpeted first bedroom faces west. It has a fitted wardrobe with self closing doors, blinds and an ensuite. Next door is the second carpeted bedroom. Both bedrooms have blinds and curtain rails. There is a light and airy family bathroom opposite the second bedroom.
At the end of the corridor (see photo) is the dual aspect lounge/diner/kitchen. The solid amtico floor is easy to keep clean. The kitchen looks east over gardens, and the lounge looks westwards over grass and a footpath to more houses - both windows have blinds, the lounge also has a curtain rail.
The kitchen has a gas hob, a fridge freezer, electric oven and, dishwasher, all from AEG, and a Zanussi extractor hood. Kitchen units have self closing doors. The central heating boiler is by Baxi. There's ample space for a dining table, and further down there's room for whatever you want - a sofa, armchair, TV, bookcases, etc.. There is a telephone and media point. The space is very flexible, the photos were taken on my mobile and don't really do it justice.
The floor area is 719 square feet. In addition there is a car barn, and a second dedicated car parking space. Also there is a visitors space, and road parking, so easy for visitors. There is a shared internal bin store, and a bike store.
The flat is fully insulated with a B EPC rating.
There is some grass and a few trees in the parking area, and a considerable communal and then public area of grass out the front, rather than a designated garden, and a wood and a huge park close by.
The tenants have decided after five years to rent a house with a garden, we are sorry to see them go. The previous tenants said they 'would like to take the apartment and area with them'... Another couple said 'if we could take this place with us we would! We absolutely love the apartment and will be sorry to leave, as its been perfect for us.'
Ideally this will be let to a professional couple, or to two professionals sharing, after references and a credit check.
We are also on the market with a local agent.
