ONE BEDROOM AVAILABLE IN SHARED HOUSE
Looking for 1 person (young professional/mature student) to occupy remaining bedroom and share a homely 3 bedroom terrace house in Beeston with two existing female tenants.
The available bedroom has a comfortable bed (single), wardrobe, desk & chair, bookshelf and desk lamp. Communal areas include a sitting room, dining room, bathroom and kitchen. There is a small back garden with a shed which is ideal for storing bicycles.
The house is in a handy location; there are good transport links to Nottingham city centre with Beeston train station only 5-10 minutes walk away, frequent buses and trams to Nottingham stopping 2-5 minutes away and good cycle paths. The town of Beeston itself has a good range of shops and facilities which are a 10-15 minute walk away from the house.
The house is ideally located for anyone working at Boots (2 minutes walk), the University (10-15 minutes walk) or Queen's Medical Centre (30 minutes walk but 5 minute walk to tram stop which goes direct to the QMC). There are a number of active churches in the Beeston area and good links to the churches in Nottingham.
Rent of £375 per month per bedroom does not include bills. Monthly bills (Council Tax, Gas, Electric, Broadband & Water) average £110 per person per month (variable).
