More about the accommodation:
We are a shared house of friends and family in the heart of St Pauls, close to Cabot Circus. There is a married couple with 2 children (9 and 12 yrs old) and 3 single professionals in their 20's and 30's (Nurse, Student worker and F1 manager).
However, our resident F1 guy is hitting the road and we have a 4 month gap before someone moves in. We are looking for someone ideally for 4 months, but open to shorter term. It also possible the room will be available longer but unknown.
The house is big and we're a sociable bunch, so expect people dropping by and/or fun things going on, but there is plenty of time and space to retreat when you need to. We go to different local churches, City Church Bristol and Severn and Field Vineyard and we have friends all over the neighbourhood. We share the cooking, everyone takes a different night of the week, but there is no pressure to be in every night for this. The house is spread across 3 floors and has been entirely refurbished in the last few years. High ceilings, double glazed windows, open-plan kitchen / dining area and a separate lounge with a log-burner. We also have a large walled garden with a bike shed containing various bikes etc. There are two bathrooms and a separate downstairs toilet. Rent is £480 and we pay an extra £200 for food and bills into a house account (water, electricity, gas, council tax and broadband). We are looking for a friendly energetic professional, looking to be part of a thriving house in a vibrant community.

Emma, works at the BRI, is married to Chris, a London-born architect. Sam manages food related things for F1 and loves Padel Ball, Anna works at The Children's Hospital and plays a lot of sport, David is on a theology and church planting course, alongside working as a Student worker and is normally at a climbing wall or in the pub. Max the cat is unemployed.
Millie the cocker spaniel is going to have puppies during the summer so expect some small creatures at some point!!
