Four Bedroom Victorian house in Edgbaston, opposite Summerfield park with close proximity to Birmingham city centre, canal cycle path and Harborne walkway.
Currently shared with three Christians attending city centre churches aged 25- 35.
A large double room with separate storage area and additional study room will become available at the start of May.
The house has a new fitted kitchen and utility room, Large Living Room, Two other large double bedrooms and a upstairs bathroom suite and downstairs toilet, outdoors garden and patio with the three storage buildings / outbuildings. (Cleaners can come every two/three weeks when requested (not included in monthly price though)
10 minute commute to Birmingham centre, similar commute to Harborne or Queen Elizabeth Hospital.
Next to very large park with tennis courts and amenities, 5 minutes walk from shops, Edgbaston reservoir and close to Birmingham City Hospital.
Canal Cycle Path / Walkway directly to Jewellery Quarter/ Birmingham centre or Harborne high street in other direction.
