More about the accommodation seeker:
Hello there,
My name is Evelin Maier, operating in the capacity of Cross-Disciplinary Creative Director. I am currently looking for either a one-bedroom/studio property or a calm and welcoming flat share with up to two Christian housemates.
I am a reliable tenant who takes pride in maintaining a well-cared-for home, both in terms of rent commitments and shared household responsibilities. I value a peaceful, tidy, and considerate atmosphere — warm and friendly, while also respectful of personal space and individual routines.
My Christian faith naturally forms an important part of my life, including involvement with Holy Trinity Brompton and Kingdom Come. Alongside this, I enjoy research, cycling, and worship.
More than simply finding somewhere to live, I am looking for a place that feels like a genuine home. I have increasingly come to appreciate that a home should be more than just a practical arrangement; it should offer comfort, ease, and a sense of belonging. A peaceful environment, considerate housemates, and the opportunity to share life with good people from time to time are qualities I value greatly.
One practical preference is wooden flooring. I am also particularly mindful of noise levels and shared-space etiquette, and I aim to contribute to a calm and harmonious living environment.
A key requirement is remaining within the Wandsworth Council area, as this would make day-to-day life considerably easier (Academia, Studios)
I am looking to move anytime between late June and late July 2026 and would be delighted to hear from anyone who may have a suitable property or room available.
Many thanks,
Evelin Maier
