Hello, I’m an American working professional (Spanish teacher) and looking for a peaceful summer sublet in or near Edinburgh from 1 June. Ideally ground floor or first level and one where my dog (golden English cocker (show, calm type), 9 years old, petite at 9 kilos), would be welcome. She’s very well trained and simply snoozes all day —apart from our morning and evening walk. Would be happy to jump on a call to meet. Can provide landlord references- we’ve very clean, kind, quiet and considerate. Dates and duration are flexible; ideally minimum a month and starting beginning June. Thank you for your consideration!
