Hi! I'm a newly qualified dentist starting my NHS Dental Foundation Training this September at a practice in Thornaby. I'm looking for a clean, friendly and respectful Christian house share within around a 20–30 minute commute of work. A little about me: I'm easy-going and fairly low-maintenance. I enjoy cooking (so a functional kitchen is definitely appreciated!), keeping my living space tidy, spending time with friends and church, and occasionally creating food content in my spare time. I'll be working full-time during the week, so home is somewhere I value as a place to rest and recharge. I'm looking for a house where everyone is respectful of each other's space, communicates well and shares responsibility for keeping communal areas clean. I'd love a home where we can chat over dinner or a cup of tea from time to time, but equally where there's no pressure to socialise all the time and everyone is comfortable doing their own thing. Ideally I'm looking for: * A furnished room. * A clean, well-maintained property. * Good access to Thornaby (around a 20–30 minute commute). * A peaceful and welcoming atmosphere.
