I am a 44-year-old research student from Sweden who is new to Edinburgh, and am looking for a room in a shared flat, preferably with 1–3 other female flatmates. I am easygoing and good at socialising, but I also need regular time to introvert. I think I'm a pretty independent, kind, and tidy flatmate. I enjoy exercise (running and swimming especially), music (singing and playing guitar), and good conversations. I will focus on my research this coming year, though, so I won't have time for much fun I presume. (But on the other hand—doing research IS fun!) I don't mind pets at all. I especially like dogs. I'm a vegetarian, but not at all particular about that. And, to be honest, I spend as little time as possible cooking. Here in Sweden I'm part of a denomination called Swedish Evangelical Mission, but my heart is very much ecumenical and I feel at home in most kind of settings. To share a household with sisters in Christ would mean a lot to me.
