Hi! My name is Laura - I'm moving to London this September for a one-year MSc in Development Studies at LSE, and I'm looking for a room in a flatshare: ideally in Central London or convenient to LSE, furnished, available from Sept 20 and a long let (9-10 months). A bit about me: I’m from Colorado, USA and work for a Christian NGO, supporting economic development programs in Africa, Latin America, and Asia. I'm in my early 30s, and I love traveling and exploring new places, getting outdoors, hiking, and speaking Spanish - ask me about how I backpacked through Latin America for a year! I’m tidy, considerate, and used to living with others. I will be working part time alongside my studies so you may not see too much of me, but I'd love to live with others who share my faith and are open to friendship - or at the very least respectful and healthy roommate communication. I am married and will be long-distance from my spouse during the year. He is planning to visit me when he can - probably once or twice per term for several days, so I’m looking for a room large enough for a double bed, and flatmates that are comfortable with that setup. I'll also be flying home to the US for school breaks. I'm primarily interested in locations with an easy trip to LSE / near a tube station - and ideally Central London. Move-in would be from 20th September (flexible), and ideally 9-10 months. I can provide references from former roommates upon request.
