This lovely house is situated on a quiet street within one minute walk to the bus stop, 5 mins walk to shops,15 mins walk to the Met Office and 10 mins walk to the train station. ( 5 mins drive to M5.) 20 mins walk to St Luke’s Campus or 5 mins on bus .
Plenty of car parking space on the street .
I have a single bedroom available.
Single room has a wardrobe chest of drawers and bedside table. Also a collapsible desk.
The house has a separate dining area & large cosy lounge room. Plus large bathroom & kitchen.
Also a Lovely large south facing back garden and shed for storing a bike. (Also back entrance to garden)
There are 3 bedrooms & one is occupied by the owner who is a female Christian. The other room is also occupied by a professional Christian male.
It would suit someone who likes a happy, clean, tidy house and who is a committed Christian. (Please note Not a party house.)
