More about the accommodation:

The house is spacious, comfortable and well connected to local shops and transport links to the centre of Oxford, surrounding areas and easy access to London. Located in Headington, between the Slade and Holloway.

The house is made up of 4 double bedrooms and one single room which we use as a spare room for guests. We have a large open plan lounge/dining area which opens out onto a lovely garden. The kitchen and bathroom are both newly renovated. The is also a utility room with washer and dryer and access through to the garden, as well as a downstairs toilet.

Bills include: council tax, gas and electricity, water, internet and a cleaner who visits fortnightly to clean communal areas. There is also use of Netflix/Fire stick which is not included in the bills. TV license is paid for annually on top of the bills.

There is room for 3 parking spaces. Should a fourth parking space be needed, the new housemate would need to purchase a permit. However, the cost of this will be shared between all 4 housemates.

We have a video of the house which we can email if you would like a virtual tour. We are also happy to arrange in person visits to the house. As a household we enjoy occasional socialising together and sharing dinner!

We are looking for a professional female housemate to join our house from the 1st July. Two of us work in education and the other is a PHD student.

We are both very normal and friendly :) We have friends who will vouch for us! We like a clean, tidy house but are also very relaxed. We enjoy watching movies together, reading and chilling in the garden when it's sunny...also when it's cold around a fire pit! We enjoy occasional house dinners too!
