Hi. My housemate is moving out end of July, and I am looking for someone to move in 1st August.

My flat is a split-level, with the renter's room and en-suite on one level, and the kitchen and lounge and my bedroom+bathroom on the top floor.

It’s in Earlsfield, a 10-minute walk from the station. And a 14 min walk to Southside shopping centre, in Wandsworth.

Parking is available with a permit.
Bike rack available outside.

It’s a lovely flat on a nice road.

A little about me…
I am 31 and work as a marketing manger for an events company.

I’m in the office Monday, Wednesday and Thursday and would ideally like someone who works at the office during the week, or if is hybrid, works from home on those days.

New kitchen and windows.

Hi. I have a lovely bright double bedroom available, with an en-suite bathroom. It is on its own level so it is nice and private. Upstairs is the shared lounge and kitchen area, and my bedroom and bathroom are upstairs as well.

The flat is very well situated, a 10-minute walk from Earlsfield station and a 14-minute walk into Wandsworth, where there is a Sainsbury's superstore, Southside and pure gym.

A little about me, I am 30 work in marketing for an events company. I have lovely friends around the area so am often out and about, would be nice to have a housemate that would enjoy a movie night or dinner.
