I'm offering a fully furnished large single bedroom (really a double room, but it has a single bed) in a ground floor maisonette in Barkingside. The property is on a well-lit main road, and has a private garden.
The property has great links to central London, with Newbury Park (Central Line) less than a 10 minute walk away, or Ilford (Elizabeth Line) 15 minutes cycle/ 20 minutes bus ride away. Unrestricted on-street parking is available near the property.
It is situated within walking distance of two lovely parks - Valentines Park and Fairlop Waters country park - and not far from Hainault country park.
A range of grocery shops are within easy reach: Aldi and Lidl are a 5 minute walk away, and Tesco and Sainsburys superstores each a 10-15 minute walk. Local amenities including swimming pool, gym, library and sports centre are within easy reach by foot or public transport.
