I am a live-in landlord (male, age 41) looking to take a lodger/housemate.
The room is a spacious double room for single occupancy (with a single divan bed provided). It is furnished with a wardrobe, desk and chairs, there is some storage space under the bed (drawers). Also has a small TV.
The house has one main shared bathroom and a downstairs cloakroom (with toilet). My lodger would have access to the kitchen.
Rent includes all bills and CT. Also includes high-speed fiber internet and a TV license.
The house is in a lovely area, with easy access to countryside walks and to the small town of Shipston.
