Quiet Surrey neighbourhood, with great transport links; 5 minute walk to Wanborough station which is 1 stop to Guildford. It's a 10 minute drive to the Hog's back A31 and A3. Normandy is a welcoming village, with a cafe and shop, Friday fruit and veg market, fish and chip van every Tuesday evening, the village has it's own GP surgery, great walks including the Christmas Pie Trail, tennis club, cricket club with bar, archery club, and a British Legion club.
My light and airy single story home has been recently fully renovated and consists of 3 double bedrooms, a kitchen and dinning room, lounge, laundry room, bathroom, hallway, cloak room and WC. I am currently in the process of redecorating, and putting in underfloor heating. My home has a large back garden which is great for hosting in the summer. The driveway fits two cars and all the parking on the road is free. There's also an indoor storage space which is great for storing bikes, and a shed is under construction.
The bedroom is a good size with and comes complete with a wardrobe, a double bed, drawers and a bedside table.
I am looking for a non-smoking Christian lodger. Sorry no pets as I already have cats and tropical fish.

Hi I'm Mel, I work as a children's and families' pastor at Emmanuel Church and am also part of Emmaus Road joining in with a home group. I have two rescue cats, a tank of tropical fish and many pot plants and things growing in the garden. I love to be social, so I often host my home group, have friends over for movie nights, and friends and family pop in if they're passing. I love to watch films, read, have a craft project on the go, head to the theatre and generally be out and about. I'm keen to live in an eco friendly way and try to care for the planet starting at home (compostable sponges, refill soaps, less plastic etc!).
Sophie is my other lodger who is lovely. She enjoys reading and drawing, and together we love to find a new series to watch. She attends Emmanuel Church and works full time.
