Hello! I am looking for a flatmate - flat is cosy, well decored and located in Garthdee with easy bus routes into the city. Flat would suit a car driver due to residential setting. 1 back facing double bedroom available, sharing with me female working professional (age 28). On-street parking available, but permit during working hours Mon-Fri. Council tax/bills/TV license/broadband is additional cost, figure above is an estimate. I am a female young professional and work in the hospital full time, I am the current tenant in the other room. I like to socialise and keep busy outwith work but see this flat as home and love coming back to it at the end of the day. Keen for a likeminded flatmate who will also look after the flat, keep it clean and tidy, and ideally someone who is sociable/might like to have dinner together or movie nights sometimes. I love baking and spend time chilling out in the flat some evenings and host a church connect group here once a week.
