A pleasant home open to someone who wants a home away from home.


I am a professional who’s looking for a third female to share my modern living space with. 
This modern home is suitable for likeminded females who are looking for somewhere to unwind and relax after a long busy day.

The clean and tidy spacious kitchen and communal areas - conservatory and paved & decked garden - with pleasant, quiet retired couples either side - will not disappoint anyone who lives here.
The roads to both the front and rear cul de sacs are quiet and tree-lined.
 A 2-3 minute walk to the bus stop.

References required.

Two months rent in advance, (negotiable, depending on previous landlords refs.) then monthly in advance. 
I will refund rent for nights not used at the pro rata rate if you vacate before month end, for an unexpected reason.

Private front door leads to a porch, storage cupboard, inner door to entrance area, door to garage (some storage if needed plus attic space) carpeted stairs - throughout - to first floor; wc with whb, large kitchen dining area, through to lounge with TV, French doors to comfy conservatory,with doors to the garden. Stairs to upper landing, shower-room with whb and wc,


Room furnished- single bed, double fitted wardrobe, table, chair and bedside lamp.


Please note, visitors will use the first floor w.c. ONLY myself and tenants go to the second floor. (= Bedrooms & Shower-room/w.c.)
