Also private living room with tv. Large shared fully equipped kitchen with dining area and utility room.
Landlords have separate dining room.

The house is situated 2 miles from the centre of Bangor and close to local bus service.
Churches medical practice and shops within walking distance !
We are a middle aged couple whose children are married and have left home.
We only rent out 1 room in our home and our current lodger is moving due to relocation .
