This is a quiet and peaceful 2 bedroom flat located on King Street, ideal for students as it is close to Aberdeen Uni. The beach is a quick 15-20 minute walk away, and the flat is also not far from the city centre with Union Street close by. The flat is also quite secluded away from King Street so there is minimal road and vehicle noise, and very rarely any disturbances from people walking by. The bedroom is sizeable with a queen size bed and in fact the bigger of the two with a desk and space to store a bicycle. There is a spacious living room and well-sized kitchen with ample counter top space.

My name is Joshua Bates, I am a 27 year old man working as a Barista at the Costa in Aberdeen Airport. I enjoy watching movies and building LEGO (there is plenty of both in the flat!) Cooking is not necessarily a hobby of mine but does enjoy cooking with others. Also enjoys going swimming (both sea and pool variety!) which is helped by the flat being near to Aberdeen Sports Village and the sea itself! Being out in nature for walks is also something I really enjoy. Very easy-going and laid back, will not object to flatmate wanting to bring their own ideas about flat arrangement/vibe, or inviting guests over as this is something I do too!
