- On one hand I would prefer a male cohabitant (for faith based reasons) but on the other hand I am open to a
female occupant, if appropriate.
- Clean and tidy house, no smoking or pets (with some possible exceptions -please deel free to discuss.
- I do not drink alcohol.
- The house will never have more than two occupants (including me), so it differs from other house/flat shares.
- Looking to converting dining room into separate lounge & dining area in order to have a private lounge for each person.
