A spacious first-floor double bedroom available in a semi-detached shared house in the leafy borders of Barton.
Well connected to the city centre by road/bike/bus, particularly good for the John Radcliffe Hospital and Oxford Brookes University. Also good road access to the M40 and a short walk to Thornhill Park and Ride where the Oxford Tube coach to London stops. The house backs onto the start of a bridleway that quickly opens up into countryside.
Communal living-dining room, kitchen and garden are all amply sized for sharing. The first-floor bathroom is shared with only one other housemate except when there are guests using the single fourth bedroom, which is available for guests of all housemates as availability permits.
The driveway has space for two cars and leads straight to a locked bike shed; the street adjacent has further onstreet parking too.

I'm an engineer who has been sharing my house here for the last 8 years. I enjoy running, cycling, and sailing, as well as church life at Headington Baptist Church, where I'm responsible for our audiovisual teams.
