We have a large and spacious double room available for rent in a beautiful village just 9 miles to the west of York. The room comes with a super king size bed lots of Space clothing and other furniture and is in the quietest room in the house on the ground floor with flat access.
We have had lodgers for many years and in this house they have absolutely loved being here with us. Having your own transport will be an advantage. The midweek buses into your car good but very infrequent on a weekend. We would prefer mid-week lodgers, but we are quite flexible working from home is possible and we would be able to provide a second very spacious garden room for this purpose if required for free.

We are a married couple with a gorgeous Labrador and we both work full time in busy jobs.we have grown up children who sometimes visit. When we are not around the whole of the ground floor is for your use.
