One double bedroom for rent in this beautiful countryside property just a few miles to the west of York and in between York and Wetherby. The first room on the ground floor is very spacious and the quietest and warmest room in the house! There is a very comfortable and large king size bed with wardrobe and cupboard space plenty enough for your needs.
This room leads into the garden room, which is beautiful in both the summer and the winter. It is lovely and bright and airy and also available for you to use when you are working from home if this is convenient to us as hosts at the time.
On the first floor, there is an even larger double bedroom with a super king size bed. This room has recently been decorated and is lovely and warm also.
We aim to try and help people in need in terms of our rental rooms and we are always able to negotiate on price. We have recently decided to start having couples stay with us as well. We can normally promise you freshly laid eggs every morning and the shared cottage style kitchen is beautiful. We can also provide some storage space in the kitchen. Guests are expected only to keep their rooms clean and tidy but previous lodgers have been known to take the bins out now and again!
We can provide references from our previous lodgers and we look forward to hearing from you soon.

I’m a very experienced Landlord and we offer this room as a safe and quiet space for males or females. We recognise that from time to time life is a little bit complicated, so our aim is to be very flexible with help you with short term lodging or longer term. Notice periods are very very flexible, and if you were a guest with us we would give a long long notice period if we needed to change things for any reason. Obviously we take great care of our guests and we try and make your stay as relaxing and comfortable as possible. Your room is generally your own as your safe space, so you can feel comfortable there!
