House near the Tyne and walking to city centre is possible, as us cycling along the riverside. The property is actually in Gateshead, but close to Newcastle city centre and Metro Centre.
Two bed semi, EPC C rating, has central heating and rear garden with bike shed. Not far from an Aldi and riverside cafe.
One single and one double room.
If sharing it would be up to you how you split the rent, as rooms are different sizes? It would be £750 for whole house.

We have a potential tenant who would like a house mate to share...we can put you in touch. The last two tenants attended St Thomas' in Newcastle. In the past we have had two students (one at Durham and one at Newcastle, but also a married couple).
