There are three bedrooms available in a four-bedroom house near the University of Aberdeen, all double bedrooms. There’s a kitchen, living room, bathroom and WC to be shared by the four tenants, as well as a garden. You’d be sharing with a young man who is moving to Aberdeen to work for a Christian organisation. The house is owned by a couple who do not live in Aberdeen, but their daughter lives in Aberdeen, and the tenancy will be managed by an agent.
The house is fully furnished and the kitchen equipped with the basics, including a dishwasher and washing machine. Bills and council tax are in addition to the rent which would be divided however many tenants there are. Please make contact to ask for estimates of bills. Please note that this will be a short term lease from 15 September 2026 to 30 June 2027.
The University of Aberdeen is a few minutes’ walk away, and King’s Street is very accessible for buses. Please get in touch if you have any questions!

There will be one man living in the house, who will move to Aberdeen in September to work for a Christian organisation.
Although she doesn't live in the property, the owners' daughter lives in Aberdeen and will be backup, although the agent should deal with most things. She attends Catalyst Vineyard Church.
