47 Huntspill Street is a lovely quiet terraced house just off Garratt Lane located in the Summerstown
area which is between Tooting and Earlsfield. It is a two story building with 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms (the second bathroom is exclusively fot the use of the tenant who responds to this advert) There is a communal lounge and kitchen and a nicely kept garden which has a table, chairs, a small BBQ and hammock. There is also a small outside shed for limited storage. There is also storage uner the stairs.
The property is managed by Bells Letting agency who are tremendously reliable and helpful.
The lounge has a decent television which has access to Sky, Netflix and Disney. We would require a donation should these facilities be used. Thers is access to a reasonably fast full fibre broadband service.
The offered bedroom is reasonably sized. It has a brand-new double bed and base, has a brand new carpet and has lovely views of the back garden. The room is well lit and had built-in cupboards.

We are a friendly, openminded and caring South African brother and sister household looking for a quiet and reliable professional Christian to share the house. Part of the family is a wonderfully friendly black and white cat called Teddy who is very well behaved and will steal your heart 😊 I have always had dreadful cat allergies but I am completely fine with Teddy. We are both in the medical world, I am a theatre nurse and Clare is a veterinary nurse so we work long hours and require a peaceful environment at home. We enjoy music, movies and BBQ (braai) in summer. We have weekly outside commitments but we both enjoy relaxing at home. We live in community and appreciate the importance of caring for each other. We work odd hours so there is no expectation of the new tenant to share / cook food on a regular basis. We may however share a meal on occasion.
