More about the accommodation:

We are a flat of three Christian female undergrad students looking for a flatmate to live here from the 7th May - 7th July 2024. We have a beautiful double bed room available that is situated between Newington and Sciennes on the ground floor. The room is private with an evergreen hedge outside the window and the room contains storage space along with a desk and chair. There is a shared bathroom and a second toilet in the corridor. We have a large kitchen/living room area with dining room table and chairs. The bedroom dimensions are 4.8m x 2.2m, with a large window, high ceiling, and shutters. It's south-facing so gets lovely light.

The flat is just off of Newington Road, a highstreet full of supermarkets, other shops and bus stops (it's a main bus route through Edinburgh). We are a ten minute walk from George Square campus and 20 minutes from Kings Campus.

**Please note, we're students so don't have to pay council tax. If you are not a student, we would look into how this would work, in conversation with our estate agent.

More about the household:

We're Olivia, Amy, and Victoria! We're close friends who are wrapping up our third (of four) years undergraduate studies. We study: fashion, geography and politics. We're all active and practising Christians, and are stuck in with our local churches. We aren't partiers but we are social and love to host dinner parties. During May to July we'll be finished with our academic year, and so will be dipping in and out of the flat. We enjoy cooking, movie nights, art, music, and reading.
