This is a 2-bedroomed maisonette and I'm on the 1st floor. It also has a good sized garden where I've begun to grow vegetables. The lodgers room is newly decorated and a good size. There's also a kitchen diner and a living room. The property is in a peaceful location.
JLR/Aston Martin is just down the road - in case you work there. Warwick/Leamington Spa/Stratford upon Avon are about 20 minutes drive away. Public transport is also available from this peaceful village location. There are 3 churches - Anglican, RC and Methodist.
The location of the flat is next to woodland where the River Dene meanders. It truly is a beautiful setting if you enjoy nature.
Mon-Friday - £650pcm
Full time - £750 ppm
Happy to take a reference from employer or previous landlord instead of a church.

I'm a research theologian and also a teacher. I love the arts too. It would be lovely to have a shared meal occasionally but it's not absolutely necessary. You will have peace and privacy here. The rent includes bills.
