This would be an unusual and unconventional house share in that I’m offering ‘cheap for London’ rent in exchange for doing some school run drives every other week for one of my children. Rent would be negotiated but probably around £350 pm including bills. It is a huge dilapidated beautiful house and home with garden. The bedroom is small and needs painting but it’s overlooking the front garden and in a beautiful place. Person needs to be female.

I’m seeking someone who loves children and has time to do some school runs every other week by car. Can use my car or use your own. The room is small and needs updating but you are free to do whatever you like with it. I can provide a comfy single bed and wardrobe and small desk. This in exchange for cheap rent.
