Lovely terraced 3 bedroom home with two bathrooms and a piano in the heart of Moseley. There are many lovely cafes and restaurants near by and Cannon Hill Park is only a short walk away. Moseley has a private gardens where there are music festivals and a tennis club. Public transport is excellent with regular buses to the city centre and a new train station less than 5 minutes walk away.
The room is double with a shared bathroom with the home owner but she'll mostly be away with a 10 week work trip from September. Another lovely lodger has the loft bedroom and en suite. This is a fairly short term rent opportunity due to plans to sell the house at Christmas time but could suit someone only around during the week with a negotiated reduced rent if that were the case

I am a junior doctor currently working at New Cross Hospital and nearing consultant level. I'm very sociable and love sharing good food, cycling, running, swimming, tennis, talking about faith and becoming more like Jesus and travel. I am planning to go on a 10 week Mission trip to a hospital in Gabon from September. My other housemate works at BCU and is super lovely who loves being sociable and cooking healthy meals.
