More about the accommodation:
My home is situated between the vibrant communities of St Pauls and St Werburghs and a five-minute cycle to the city centre. Tudor Road is a peaceful street with a lovely park, playground, and church at one end. At the other end, for any commuters it’s instant access to the M32.
For your weekly shop just up the road is Better Foods and Mina Road’s independent shops, and Tesco Extra and Ikea are a five minute drive away. If you do have a car, Tudor Road is on-street parking and I can help organise a permit for you.
The house is a Victorian Terrace with two very quiet friendly neighbours either side. Downstairs, there is a cosy and calm front room and dining room with piano. Out the back is the kitchen and a bijou garden with dining area for summer BBQ’s. Upstairs are the bedrooms and shared bathroom room with shower and bath.
Your room comes fully furnished and there is opportunity to organise a desk should you wish. Facing south west It gets the sun in the afternoon and early evening. There is lots of built in storage for clothes as well as some loft space should you need further storage – for outdoor kit. In the garden, there is a bike shelter.
I’m a friendly, easy going person, with interests in music, sport – and I’m looking to enjoy the home with someone else in it. I work in TV and work from home a couple of days a week. I've been part of Woodlands Church for over 20 years and also attend a smaller church locally on Sunday evenings. I’m up for being social, sharing a cuppa, being open about faith, and occasionally crashing out to watch a film.
