A Christian female lodger, to rent a double bedroom, short or long term. This is NOT a shared room (error in advert that I can’t seem fix!)
I have two spare rooms (one single, one double) available in my fully furnished, three bedroom flat in Newnham, CB39JY. Centrally located in a highly sought after area, the flat is a ten minute cycle to town, next door to the Co-op and two minutes from local shops.
Included is a large shared bathroom with walk in shower, kitchen and living area with access to modern appliances, dishwasher, washing machine and large dehumidifier with a clothes drying setting.
My letting agency requires that UK lodgers provide their contact details, and visit their office with their passport for a face to face ID check. (Lodgers from outside the UK must provide a share code in order to assess their right to rent status.) See fees listed below:
Double room: £750 pcm + a £50 administration fee
